This one-on-one yoga session is tailored to meet you exactly where you are, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether you're brand new to yoga, recovering from injury, seeking stress relief, or looking to deepen your practice, this session is designed with your unique goals and needs in mind. Together, we’ll explore mindful movement, breathwork, and grounding techniques in a supportive, judgment-free space. Individual yoga sessions may include strength-building, relaxation, balance work, or restorative poses, depending on what best serves you that day. All levels, abilities, and bodies are welcome. This is your time to reconnect, reset, and support your well-being from the inside out. Available in-person or online.
