Rebecca Dary, MS, is the creator of Wired for Resilience and a nervous system educator with a background in the biological sciences. She holds a Master of Science in Ecology and Conservation Biology and is a Certified Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness Practitioner, a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, and a Certified Wilderness First Responder.
Her academic training focused on how living systems respond to pressure and adapt over time—an understanding she now applies to human stress physiology and nervous system resilience—combined with years of experience in demanding field environments, informs her practical, research-informed approach to resilience. Rebecca translates neuroscience and trauma-sensitive mindfulness into clear, applicable tools designed to support nervous system regulation and sustainable performance in high-stress professions.
Wired for Resilience is educational in nature, blending nervous system science, mindfulness, movement, and resilience psychology to build steady, real-world capacity, not as therapy, but as skill-based training for navigating stress with greater clarity and control.
Next Course Starts...
Tuesdays, April 14th-June 2nd, from 6:30–7:30 pm (MT).
All course materials will be released the week the class begins, and every session will be recorded so you can revisit the lessons or catch up if you can’t make it live.
Even though we’ll gather virtually, you’ll still have the opportunity to connect with your cohort, share insights, support one another, and grow together throughout the eight weeks.
