As a researcher and the creator of Wired for Resilience, I blend science, lived experience, and heart to guide this empowering course. With a Master’s in Ecology and Conservation Biology and a mindfulness/yoga educator and naturalist guide background, I’ve spent years studying how both natural and human systems adapt and thrive under stress. Along the way, I’ve helped people reconnect to their inner strength and make meaningful discoveries about themselves, guiding them to access calm, clarity, and resilience from within. This course weaves together nervous system science, mindfulness, movement, and resilience psychology to offer practical, accessible tools you can use every day. It’s the result of real science, personal healing, and professional expertise, built to help you grow steady, lasting resilience in an ever-changing world.

Each week we meet live online. You'll receive handouts, practices to try between sessions, and tools you’ll actually use, whether you’re navigating work stress, burnout, or everyday overwhelm.

Weekly Online Sessions

Live sessions will be recorded and available if you're not able to attend a session

Access to Practice Resources 

A wide selection of practice resources will be at your fingertips the week the course starts

Weekly Office Hours for Live Practice

Time to ask questions and practice with a community will be available each week

Next Course Starts...

Wednesday, October 1st, from 6:30–7:30 pm (MT). Continuing to meet live online each following Wednesday, with an additional optional midweek session on Mondays at 1:00 pm for guided practice and Q&A.

 

All course materials will be released the week class begins, and every session will be recorded so you can revisit the lessons, or catch up if you can’t make it live.

Even though we’ll gather virtually, you’ll still have the chance to connect with your cohort, sharing insights, supporting one another, and growing together throughout the eight weeks.
