What is PranaSol?

PranaSol is a mindfulness and wellness initiative founded by Rebecca Dary, combining science, nature, and mindfulness to help people build resilience, balance, and self-awareness. Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and neuroscience-based education, PranaSol empowers individuals and organizations to thrive—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

PranaSol offers services for:

Do I need experience to join your classes or programs?

Not at all! Every class and workshop is designed to be inclusive and accessible. Whether you’re brand new or have years of experience, you’ll find practices that meet you where you are.

Yoga & Mindfulness Classes

What types of yoga do you offer?

Rebecca teaches a variety of Hatha and Vinyasa-inspired yoga classes as well as that emphasize mindful movement, breath awareness, and nervous system regulation. In addition, she also offers Restorative Yoga and special Restorative Yoga Touch classes with the use of essential oils. Yoga classes do not reference dieties or spiritual practices and are focused on the physical and personal benefits.
Offerings include:

  • Private and semi-private yoga sessions

  • Group classes (indoor or outdoor)

  • Special event yoga (weddings, retreats, corporate events)

  • Youth and family yoga classes

Do your yoga classes include spiritual or religious elements?

No. PranaSol’s yoga classes are secular and inclusive, focused on the physical, mental, and personal benefits of yoga. While yoga has ancient roots, our approach emphasizes mindful movement, breath awareness, and nervous system balance—without references to deities or spiritual practices.

Do you offer outdoor yoga?

Yes! Many of PranaSol’s classes take place in beautiful outdoor settings. Practicing in nature enhances mindfulness, presence, and well-being—helping participants connect deeply with the natural world.

Can I book a private yoga or mindfulness session?

Absolutely. Private and semi-private sessions are a wonderful way to receive personalized guidance, tailored to your goals, body, and experience level. Sessions can be held in person (where available) or online.

Mindfulness & Stress Resilience Programs

What is the 8-week course “Wired for Resilience”?

Wired for Resilience is PranaSol’s signature 8-week science-backed mindfulness program that helps you understand and regulate your nervous system, expand your window of tolerance, and develop daily tools for stress resilience.
It includes:

  • Weekly lessons and practices

  • Science of the brain-body connection

  • Mindfulness and breathwork tools

  • Lifestyle habits for calm and focus

Do you offer programs for teachers and schools?

Yes! PranaSol provides mindfulness-based professional development workshops for teachers, helping educators reduce stress, build classroom resilience, and introduce mindfulness to students in developmentally appropriate ways.

Youth & Community Programs

What are the youth mindfulness and yoga classes like?

Youth classes combine movement, games, storytelling, and mindfulness to teach emotional regulation, focus, and confidence in a fun, engaging way. Classes are age-appropriate and available for early childhood, elementary, teen, and family groups.

Do you offer programs for underserved communities?

Yes. Through partnerships and grant funding, PranaSol brings free or low-cost yoga and mindfulness programs to youth and adults in communities across Sublette County and beyond.

Booking, Payment & Policies

How can I register for a class, workshop, or event?

Visit our Events on our Home Page or contact Rebecca directly to book a private session, workshop, or speaking engagement.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

  • Group classes: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full credit or reschedule.

  • Private sessions: Require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Workshops, retreats, and special events: Policies vary; details are provided upon registration.

Refunds are not guaranteed for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Do you travel for workshops or events?

Yes! Rebecca frequently travels throughout Wyoming and the Mountain West for yoga, mindfulness, and resilience programs. Travel-based events can also be arranged nationwide.
