It is only when the mind is open and receptive that learning and seeing and change can occur.

Youth Wellness Programs

Cultivating Resilience to Thrive

Let's be honest: our youth are facing unprecedented levels of stress, anxiety, and emotional hardship in today's fast-paced world. In 2023, the CDC reported that 40% of students experienced persistent feelings of sadness or hopelessness, while nearly 10% attempted suicide. Now, more than ever, young people need tools to navigate life's challenges with self-awareness and resilience.

Our Powerful Mission

Our Yoga and Mindfulness Youth Programs empower students with essential skills to manage stress, regulate emotions, and build self-agency. Through mindfulness, breathwork, and movement, we help youth cultivate inner strength, balance, and well-being, transforming obstacles into opportunities for growth. By fostering self-awareness and emotional resilience, we equip students to survive and thrive in life's challenges.

Something for All Ages

Whether they're tots or high school age, we meet them where they are with fun, engaging movement, techniques and tools to make lessons applicable to real life.

Empower

Support Youth

10 percent of all profits from our adult programs go towards funding or lowering the costs for our Youth Programs, but we can't do it alone.

We are seeking Spring donors to continue offering free classes in March, April, and May. Community support allows this program to remain accessible, inclusive, and rooted in connection.
If you're a business or individual interested in supporting or collaborating with us we'd love to hear from you.
Please reach out—together we can continue nurturing a resilient, supported next generation.
