It is only when the mind is open and receptive that learning and seeing and change can occur.

Youth Wellness Programs

MOVE CONNECT THRIVE
(Formerly Youth Yoga & Mindfulness)

A Youth Wellness Initiative

Helping youth build resilience, confidence, and connection for lifelong well-being.

Our Powerful Mission

Serving youth from preschool through the teenage years, the program provides developmentally appropriate experiences that foster self-awareness, emotional regulation, healthy coping skills, and meaningful relationships in safe, welcoming environments.

Grounded in a whole-person approach to wellbeing, Move Connect Thrive empowers youth to develop lifelong skills while cultivating a stronger sense of belonging, self-expression, and community engagement.

Partnerships with a Purpose

To make this program accessible to all youth at no cost, we partnered with the Sublette County Libraries in Pinedale and Big Piney to offer monthly classes throughout the school year, from September through May. Thanks to the generosity of individual and business sponsors, in-kind community contributions, and PranaSol's commitment to reinvest 10% of its profits into youth programming, we celebrated a successful first year of serving local families and over 400 individuals.

Now, under the new name Move Connect Thrive, we are excited to build on that foundation, expanding opportunities for creative wellness while continuing to rely on the support of community partners and sponsors who share our vision of helping local youth thrive.

Support Youth

10 percent of all profits from our adult programs go towards funding or lowering the costs for our Youth Programs, but we can't do it alone.

We are currently seeking sponsors for our 2026-2027 youth program. Community support allows this program to remain accessible, inclusive, and rooted in connection.
If you're a business, individual, or non-profit interested in supporting or collaborating with us, we'd love to hear from you.
Please reach out—together we can continue nurturing a resilient, supported next generation.
