Gentle Yoga: Restore & Reset Series


This practice moves intentionally, with no ups and downs, making it accessible for beginners, those returning to movement, or anyone feeling depleted, stressed, or overwhelmed. Each class invites you to get curious, explore what feels good, and honor your body’s needs in the moment.


We’ll focus on gentle movement, breath awareness, and nervous system regulation to help you:

  • Release physical and mental tension

  • Calm the stress response

  • Improve sleep and evening relaxation
