About the event
Join us for this FREE, fun-filled Yoga Day in Pinedale sponsored by the Sublette County Library's "Color My World" Summer Program! Everyone is welcome to come and move with us.
10:30 am Kids Yoga at Pinedale Library
This is a 30-minute class that takes you on a story with yoga, movement, games, and breathing techniques. Depending on the weather and the number of students, we may be outside on the side lawn.
1:00 pm Preteen/Teen Yoga at Pinedale Library
This one-hour yoga and mindfulness class, which teaches movement and breathing techniques, relates to teenage life.
