Service Description

Engage in a science-backed mindfulness session designed to build resilience and support your overall wellbeing. These one-on-one sessions focus on practical tools and coping mechanisms to help you navigate life's challenges with a sense of self-agency.


Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot. Packages (4 or 8 sessions) must be paid upfront to receive the discounted rate. Payment is accepted via credit card, Venmo, or another secure method as specified at checkout. 2. Scheduling You may schedule your sessions in advance or one at a time. Unless otherwise arranged, all sessions in a package must be used within 6 months of the purchase date. Based on your selection, sessions are offered in person or via Zoom (or preferred platform). 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling I understand that life happens! You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your session will result in the session being forfeited (except in emergencies or illness, at my discretion). No-shows are not refundable or transferable. 4. Refunds Individual sessions are non-refundable once scheduled. Package purchases are non-refundable once the first session has been used. If you have not begun your package, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase (minus any processing fees). If I ever need to cancel a session, it will be rescheduled promptly at your convenience. 5. Package Expiry All session packages expire 6 months from purchase to support consistency and progress. Extensions may be granted for valid reasons (e.g., travel, illness), just reach out! 6. Confidentiality Your privacy is respected. All sessions are confidential and any shared materials are for your personal use only. 7. Results & Responsibility Mindfulness and wellness are personal journeys. While many people find these sessions helpful, results may vary. These sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. You agree to participate voluntarily and take responsibility for your well-being during and after the sessions.
