Notice how bees, birds, and rivers follow one path at a time. Nature flows without hurry or distraction. What would it feel like to do the same?Ā Perhaps take a momentĀ to noticeĀ a soft beam of sunlight reflecting on still water, let your focus become steady, calm, and clear.
